BRANDY, WHISKY, RUM & OTHER SPIRITS
Cognac
The family-owned Ragnaud-Sabourin estate is one of the most prestigious in the Grande Champagne district, currently being managed by the fourth generation since founding. The names of three Alliance Cognacs signify the minimum age of the constituent parts. The Maxim Trijol Cognacs are highly recommended too and represent great value.

Armagnac
Domaine Boingnères is Armagnac’s answer to Cognac’s Ragnaud-Sabourin – great character from single grape variety vintage spirits. The 10 & 20 year olds from Baron de Sigognac are also excellent. Baron de Lustrac have a great library of old vintages – please enquire if you are looking for a brandy to celebrate an anniversary.
