| We have just received our latest shipment from Château de la Selve in the Côteaux de l'Ardèche region (North-West of the Southern Rhone vineyard area). The estate uses typical Rhône grapes plus Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. We have chosen three gutsy reds in the style of a Vacqueyras or Gigondas, a deliciously refreshing pale crisp dry Rosé and a wonderfully fragrant dry White made from 100% Viognier.
The estate is owned by the Chazallon family and the wines are made by their son Benoit. Viticulture and vinification are 100% organic using biodynamic principles.Full details of the wines are shown below. Please note that in addition to ordering the wines on their own we are also offering a couple of mixed tasting cases.
